New Advertisement is black and white dominant. The right side of the image is black and only blends in with my default color of site. Concept is news and headlines. Client wanted artwork to be mainly black and white. This made me think about newspapers so that is what I went with. There is space below two articles for more text or icons if needed. I was thinking such as equal housing lender, that type of thing but I thought this could be enough to look and go forward or in other direction. You can comment directly on this site. I do think there may be a problem with the zip code 0237? I looked up the address and it should be 02370.

Detail. I don't know if you want to use the woman or not but it was just nice to have a picture there like a news clipping. I tried to make it all a bit print looking with degradation in the text, like it has been printed a lot and this one ran out of ink a bit. I want to make the papers a bit more weathered but just want to see if you want to go in this direction.

I like how the arrows are in red and mostly everything is in black and white. This is something you had mentioned and works well I think. I also have them pointing to major aspects of the design. This will help lead the viewers eye subconsciously.

Looks like a lot of depth going on.

Need to change the 4.125% but like how the graph is working with the paper. Also like the repetition of it as the background.
